Very good exercises although I have done too hard exercises in comparison of these exercises but now as I am 70 years old fats on stomach have increased since one month of cold season by walking and running five Kms per hours may help to get rid of fats of stomach am I right

buraa naa maan lenaa plsss… lekin aapkaa bhi pet abhi bhi hai hi ..pet aur kamar ki charbi me sabb se jyaadaa prob lower part pe hi aataa hai ..novel ke niche kaaa golaa hi khaas to kamm nahi hotaa hai .. jo aapkaa bhi dikhtaa hai … aap shaaaayad issi liye aapki t shirt kaa bahot dhyaan rakh ke upar nahi hone dete hai .. muje aapse baat bhi karni hai ..but koi contact nahi hai … jese aapne kaha ese meraa sirf aur sirf pet kaa prob hai .. aur gaal kaa.. gaal ki charbi ko kese kamm krr ke khinchaav laaye ye bhi btaaanaa….
