230 g (1 cup) unsalted butter
270 g (1 1/3 cups) light brown sugar
2 eggs
360 g all purpose flour (3 1/4 cups)
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
200 g chocolate chips

1/3 c (45 g, or 5 Tbsp+1 tsp) unsweetened cocoa powder
113 g(1/2 c) unsalted butter (melted)
1/2 c+1 Tbsp (115 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract(optional)
Two eggs
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt

500 g unsalted butter
280 g confectioners’ Sugar or powdered sugar (sifted )
200 g good-quality dark chocolate (*I used 64% chocolate.)
1~2 Tbsp milk (If necessary)
(*If you don’t like sweets, you may find it too sweet. You can reduce sugar and chocolate by about 20%.)

50 g dark chocolate
50 g hot heavy cream
