    Amazing video. But I’ll recommend to not do all of these exercises in a single day.
    Best way would be to break it up in sets.
    For example, do this –
    Monday – [Lower Abs + Middle Abs]
    Leg Raises 3 sets (Leg angle : lowest – 60 degree, highest – until your hips are slightly out of the ground)
    Flutter Kicks 3 sets
    Seated V Ups 3 sets
    Tuesday – [Obliques + Upper Abs]
    Russian Twist 3 sets
    If want faster Obliques development, replace Planks with side plank Fred the needle 3 sets
    Tuck & Crunch 3 sets
    Wednesday – Rest Day
    Repeat the Pattern.
    Notice above I didn’t tell you how many reps to do. Well because reps are BS.
    Don’t count the reps, make the reps count. Exhaust when you think you have given your all in every set.
    I promise you, if you do it correctly then you will actually feel your abs burning each work out.
    If after work out, you can’t feel that, you may have done something wrong or just haven’t given your all.
    Remember, your body won’t give it’s all. You have to take it from it.
