    Doi’n this exercise at 11 in the evening,then rest for 10 minutes after completed,take a warm shower,dry my hair and sleep.i’ll see it after a week..

    Okay I started this
    Day 1 – it burned off no results obviously and motivated
    Day 2 – it burned off again no results
    Day 3- I got less sweaty and it gotten easier
    Day 4 – I’m starting to see a bit of results!
