    These are hard!!! I couldn’t get the whole range of motion, but I kept going. Today is the first day I am using an exercise ball. It is tuff and can be fun. Thanks guys

    3:02 what kinda sorcery is this I can’t do this . Need more practice

    Edit: I did it but not perfectly extended hand. I could go more than half way thru tho. really a challenging one.

    Don’t eat for atleast 2-3 hours BEFORE doing this workout !! I definitely made that mistake 🤢

    Wow I just tried these. They were hardddd 😣 great exercises definitely could feel it. I couldn’t get the kicks and for the roll out had to cheat a little and go on my knees as opposed to full plank but hopefully I’ll get there !

    Peoeple if you have problems balancing with this ball try and put your feet against a wall (when you do not need to use them in another way) it will help you stay stable untill you have more experience and no longer need it 😉

    Whew… I’ve had this ball for a few months, but I’ve been doing workouts on it(so i thought!) UNTIL I came across this video. I was sweating and swearing 6 minutes into the video 😆. But i pushed through and completed it.

    Tip: pause the video if you have to because he doesn’t offer any rest periods 🤣

    Umm will the size of the ball matter? Mines quite larger than that I think it’s 75cm? Not sure but it’s larger. Btw I’m only 5’7" so… Ye. I’d appreciate a response 🙂
