    this is my first time doing this, during Zumba I didn’t sweat a lot but after the dance I started chasing my breath and I sweat furiously!!! No muscle pain aftrr the danceee. Thank you!

    I mean why can’t an unfit person can make video continuously nd showed fitness being proved!🙁

    I use to do one hour waking every day. But after having baby it’s imposibl to go wak if nobody look after baby, so doing this from one month really feeling better, sweting much…. But the thing is u hav to do slowly in the initial stage…some days. Then we cn b fast as she . Realy it’s shaping my body.. Along with this I go wak some time in the night 9 to 10 vl handover baby to my hubby. Some thing beter than nothing. Plz try i lost 3 kgs in one month by working out daily. Need litl diet not more. Bez heavy workout vl make u hunger. So have healthy fud but less. No need to fasting. Thanks
