Alot of people talk about sore hocks and I do think Sore Hocks are more genetic then flooring and Wire cages can be fine! The BIGGEST reason why I don’t like wire cages is because they are small and wire would get yucky over time and walking on wire all day doesn’t seem like the best but whatever floats your boat.

  5. China McRich on August 1, 2021 at 10:15 am

ONLY put your rabbit in a cage if its an x pen or a really really really really big hutch and don’t put it outside if they’re fully demesticated

Sadly my bunny died inside his cage in the corner he was already sick his cage was big enough to move around it wasn’t wood one day at 4 I went to check on him the little rope he bit off the cage that day I didn’t know about was around his neck not he couldn’t get blood around his baby hands it was so sad I couldn’t save him he was probably struggling for hours when I found lesso that’s the name he was on his last breath I couldn’t get him out of the cage the rope was really tough I had to carry the cage with the bunny in it🐰🥲 he was already dead at that point I needed a knife to cut the rope off his neck after I cut the rope off I I lean closer to him and I heard his last heartbeat👂❤️😭😭😭🐰😭 we buried him at night that day by our apartment can I get a Rest In Peace☮️ for my bun lesso 🐰🐇🕊🪦🙏🏾💯💯😭

I just got 2 bunnies today and my mom bought one of the wire cages and stuff them both inside. I told her that that type of cage is bad for bunnies and it can cause feet problems. She said I’m disrespectful and I’m talking back to her. And for the food, she bought the tiny pellets. I told her that a bunny’s diet consists of 80% hay, and 20% vegetables. She doesn’t care. She told me I’m not an expert and that the seller of the bunnies is the expert. bruh. I don’t know how to convince her.

i live on an island and there is no predators here, only hawks but they don’t come down low. So my bunny’s are very safe. The hutch is also very large and covered.

  18. iiKittenlock101 on August 1, 2021 at 10:27 am

I have a hutch outside but it’s not on the ground we built him a little table to keep it on so that way no predators can get in easily it has a upstairs and downstairs and he loves it

  19. Noir on August 1, 2021 at 10:28 am

If you gotta keep the rabbit outside, what’s the actually point of getting one? Would you leave a dog or cat or bird or hamster outside? No. If you do, there is no point of having them

  20. Shelly Ek on August 1, 2021 at 10:30 am

I have a hutch off the ground.

  21. Adrie Wall on August 1, 2021 at 10:30 am

  24. X-Static 15 on August 1, 2021 at 10:34 am

I keep my rabbits outdoor in an 9×9 fenced area where it’s surrounded by concrete so they can’t dig out but can still make their burrows 😊 Keeps them cool/warm in different seasons and they have a lot of room to run around.

Wire bottom cages are perfectly fine for fluffy rabbits. It’s the cleanest way for them to live and if they’re a angora or lionhead then it’d be perfect for them

  36. Eliza Wells on August 1, 2021 at 10:53 am

im getting a guinea pig and i have chosen a dog pen sort of cage so thats good ty

  37. Isabella Cooper Blackie on August 1, 2021 at 10:54 am

I know which bunny cages are bad all of them, bunny’s should not live in cages they should be free roamed not to be rude or anything just speaking the truth. Ps: I love Storm, Misty and Echo! So Cute!!!

Bunnies shouldn’t be kept in cages!

  40. rhyse drozd on August 1, 2021 at 10:59 am

hutches aren’t good, they are too small for rabbits, and they shouldn’t be left outside at all. One reason they shouldn’t be left outside is because of the temperatures. Another reason why they shouldn’t be left outside is because rabbits can still die of heart attacks. If a fox or some other animal sees them and goes by them they can still get very scared even if the animal didn’t touch them they can get scared and die of a heart attack.

  41. Linnea Eie Vatland on August 1, 2021 at 10:59 am

I have hutches for them outside, they Are standing on legs over the ground:) and with two steps. They Are having an homemade running graden, which is really Big. I wanna have the bunnies inside!! But My mom and My dad will not agree with that:( but i tried My best so I could have them in my stable since I have a horse, they can’t be free roomed tho:( but I think they still have it nice!!🐰❤️😀

I bought 2 large dog pens and connected them together for my bunny to have half of my room and that’s where my bunny is at night or when I’m gone but during day he gets to free roam the most of the house

  45. A Day In The Life Of A North Korean Hipster on August 1, 2021 at 11:05 am

Any cage is to small for a rabbit. Ever put your pet cat in a cage? No? Well…

It is terrible to keep your rabbit in a hutch especially if it’s outside they are prey animals and it is never enough space

  49. •silly• on August 1, 2021 at 11:09 am
