Zak is a bottom. Take your pointer finger as a dog has a gap between canine teeth and rest of teeth; And when they bite down then take your thumb and pinch down on nose. They will learn that biting hands isn’t okay in 1 min.

how do you teach them not to get aggressive? Is it similar at first? just slowly getting acclimated to things they "don’t like"?
My puppy wakes up every 3hours for feeding and a 10 minute playtime. How do i break this pattern. He is 5weeks old.

I accidentally stood in our 11 week old puppies foot today. He yelped so loud . I felt terrible. Gave him hugs . But tonight he won’t come near me and if he does he goes for me. I try to hug him but he just gets worse. I feel so bad .
My 5 week old puppy I found on side of road will not stop biting my hands he is teething and ot hurts bad very sharp I think he is pit bull and lab mix but the biting hurts my hands have scratches all over from his teeth and hurts he won’t use his tiny kong cone or teething bone

My pup is teething and loves to bite hands and feet. I couldn’t train him while he was at his foster home and he’s just gotten over his anesthesia from neutering and I can give him treats now. Wasn’t so bad when he didn’t want to play, but I knew he was over it when the biting came back haha. Only problem is now my hands smell like bacon treats and he won’t stop trying to lick them. He did stop biting after the 2nd treat though, so yay!

snaps AT me lurching at my face..barking. !! I praise when he quiets down, but I also need to stop him somehow from him connecting with my face!! I can connect some of these episodes with the need to go outside…or wants his meals!! LOL I also have issues with his zoomies when out in yard..with HERDING me…jumping and snipping at my jacket or jeans!!!!!!!!!!!

I see the theory but our Golden Retriever puppy would never be calm like that around food. He would be doing everything he could to get at it, not giving me the chance to do anything else.

i would say hes one of the mountain dogs. swiss mountain dog eltenburler (or something like that forgot the exact name) mountain dog. the bernese mountain dog family tree basically. thats my guess. due to the tri color markings (black and brown and white paw and facial markings) and muscilar build.
