Unpopular opinion:
Let’s make the jumps high enough that if a horse and rider mess up their horse breaks their leg or neck and has to be euthanized in the arena.
When are we going to either drastically change equine sports or stop them all together?
I can’t even watch the sports despite how good a rider and horse are because one small move and it can cost the horse’s life.

The team did a great job. It’s nice that Springsteen got to be a team member and ride, but I am puzzled as to why she is special. Nevertheless, maybe all the attention to her will get Equestrian sports–in which men and women have competed on equal terms for decades–the attdntion they deserve.
