I do this before I feed anything for my dogs. I tated pork jerky treats for dogs and it was good. I also tase and smell test other dry dog food before feeding them to my dogs. But not wet food. Never.
My friend and I was playing dogs once (when we were like 8 or something), and my friend gave me some real dog treats. I thought it was candy since it looked nothing like dog food or treats.
Then I found out it was dog treats when my friend laughed at me.
