    Mujhe iss type k exercise ki bht need thi. Because meri baby 4 month ki hai to usk samne khade rhkr exercise krte rho to wo enjoy krti hai jisase mujhe alag se tym nikalne ki need ni. Thank u mam….😊😊

    Hello Shreya… I m a big fan of yours.. Aapke videos dekh kar maine lactation ki problem ko khatam kiya hai aur 2 months baad mera baby totally mother feed par aaya tha… Ab main weight loss par dhyan de rahi hun.. I will definitely try these exercises… Main sure hun ki ye mujhe results dengi..

    Mai ne hand se express krke milk nikala 10ml hi aya meri baby 1 month ki hai. Mai diet bhi accha le re rahi hi badam kaju akrod roj khati hu, sabji roti methi palak aur baki sabjiya, 3 times milk leti hu 2 bar shatavri kalp aur ek bar protien powder leti hu milk ke sath, laddu bhi khati hu methi ke, pani bhi bahut piti hu fir bhi milk supply low hai, mai hospital me pumping ke liye bhi jati hu tabhi 40 ml milk ata hai dono breast ka milake, lactare tablet bhi chalu hai, mai kya karu mam ke milk supply badh jaye. Plz help me, its very painful for me.
